This course is designed to assist your Estimators and Customer Service Representatives to refine their skills in selling customer on utilizing your repair center.

  • Gathering needs & gathering customer/vehicle information
  •  Introducing & practicing various closing techniques
  • Techniques & ways to overcome common objections
  • Tracking closing ratio accuracy and keeping score
  • Selling value versus price
  • Up-selling “value packaging”
  • Unsold estimate follow up

Participants will have numerous opportunities to practice these skills through role playing.
